a. Browsing data. The systems and software procedures that operate this website acquire, during normal use, certain data whose transmission is inherent in the internet communication protocols: IP addresses, browser and operating system type, date and time of the request, pages requested. This data is used to allow the site to function, to produce aggregate statistics and to establish liability in the event of computer-related offences.

b. Data provided voluntarily. The data you supply through the contact form — name, email address, company and message — or by writing to the email addresses shown on the site.

c. Cookies and tracking technologies. The site uses technical cookies and, subject to consent, statistical measurement cookies. A full description, with an up-to-date list of the individual tools, is in the Cookie Policy, where you can also change or withdraw your choices at any time.

The site carries out no advertising profiling and no automated decision-making.

Providing the data requested by the contact form is optional but necessary in order to respond: without it we cannot reply. Browsing data is inherent in the use of network protocols.

Data is processed by the Controller's authorised staff and may be disclosed to technical service providers acting as processors under Article 28 GDPR:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and page delivery;
• BunnyWay d.o.o. (Bunny.net) — media content delivery network;
• Resend, Inc. — delivery of messages generated by the contact form;
• CookieYes Limited — management of tracking preferences;
• Google Ireland Limited — statistical measurement through Google Analytics 4, enabled only after consent.

Data is neither disseminated nor sold to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Some of the providers listed are established in, or operate infrastructure in, the United States. Such transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified under it, or otherwise on the basis of the Commission's standard contractual clauses, supplemented by additional measures.

• Enquiries received through the contact form: 90 days from the last exchange of correspondence, unless a contractual relationship arises, in which case statutory record-keeping periods apply.
• Browsing data and technical logs: for as long as strictly necessary for security and diagnostics, and in any case no longer than applicable law permits.
• Statistical data: for the retention period configured in the measurement tool and stated in the Cookie Policy.

You may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 GDPR: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
