Head office and manufacturing facility are one and the same: at Via del Lavoro 9 in Bernate Ticino you will find the engineering department, the machining shops, assembly and the testing and inspection area. From here systems travel to sites in over 40 countries across four continents.

The production cycle
Every contract goes through the same stages, all handled in-house: it is this continuity that makes it possible to guarantee firm lead times and a constant standard between an Italian project and a hospital supply contract abroad.
In-house engineering
The engineering department develops each system from construction detail to bill of materials, working with designers and general contractors on the specifics of the individual project.
Aluminium and timber machining
Cutting, drilling and finishing of extruded 6060 T6 aluminium alloy profiles and timber panels, to the tolerances set at design stage.
Module assembly
Panels, frames and components are assembled at the plant, incorporating the required services provisions and finishes.
Quality control, testing and inspection
Modules are checked and inspected before shipping: deviations are resolved at the plant, not on site.
Logistics and installation
Packing, transport, installation and after-sales support are coordinated directly by ADAM, with a single point of contact for the whole contract.
