On the third floor of Bellinzona Hospital in Switzerland, Adam worked on the design of the pediatric ward, creating a safe and fine space. The project included the modular partitions of the corridors, in line with the client’s requirements, using SALUS walls in translucent glass finished in a soft blue and turquoise shade with decorative appliqués. The result brings light into the space while maintaining privacy and hygiene, two crucial factors in a healthcare environment. Custom-made flush swing doors were also installed, featuring a stainless-steel strip that aligns perfectly with the wall surface, as well as stainless-steel handles for maximum durability and a refined look. Equipped partition walls were integrated to provide additional storage to the corridors. This solution features technical precision with a human-centered approach, ensuring that young patients experience a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere throughout their stay.
